License

This boop Font License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date, by and between Ramsés Cabello Design (“Licensor”) and any person or entity purchasing and using the “boop” font software (the “Font”) from the Ramsés Cabello Design website (“Licensee”).

1. Grant of License

a. Licensee may use the Font for any creative project, including but not limited to print, web, branding, and multimedia.

b. Licensee may modify the Font for their own use but may not distribute the modified Font.

2. Permitted Uses

a. Licensee may not sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Font to any third party without written consent from Ramsés Cabello Design.

b. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Font.

c. Licensee may not use the Font in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Restrictions

a. Ramsés Cabello Design, as of the year 2023, retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Font, including any modifications made by Licensee.

4. Ownership

a. Ramsés Cabello Design, as of the year 2023, retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Font, including any modifications made by Licensee.

5. Attribution

a. Attribution to Ramsés Cabello Design is optional for paying customers.

6. Warranty and Disclaimer

a. The Font is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. Ramsés Cabello Design shall not be liable for any damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Font.

8. Termination

a. This license is effective until terminated. Ramsés Cabello Design may terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the Font and destroy all copies.
